Read More Broker gave me a number to Michael to have my items stored until I was ready to have my items delivered. Apparently that never got communicated, so I had to get it delivered elsewhere and have to pay to have another set of movers.

Wish i could give zero stars to this company and 5 stars for the successful scam they lock you into. Gave a VERY detailed itemized list. Informed the company days before ... Read More Wish i could give zero stars to this company and 5 stars for the successful scam they lock you into. Gave a VERY detailed itemized list. Informed the company days before their arrival 20 totes of clothes were added. Origional quote was 2,045. Mover arrived and made a new quote for 6k! Company NEVER updated the itemized list with the 20 totes or the address for the shipment. They never informed the movers the dates and time for pickup. We were told it would be a direct shipment upon booking. Movers said they would have to take it to a warehouse and can't deliver for days. Re-read the contract and noticed you are not eligable for your refund if you cancel the movers. Why would i pay 6k for 20 totes that the company forgot to add on the item list! Now I'm out 1k for a deposit and have to sell/give all of my furniture away. Absolute scam.

He completed the relocation in one day but was a little late. That wasn’t a big deal!
