Read More This company is the biggest scam ever. They quote you one price then try to take on an additional 4000 when they get there. We did a military move to New York and they were supposed to deliver my stuff on. BRANDON AND THE FAKE ACCOUNTANT WERE ON THE PHONE WITH ME PROMISING MY STUFF WOULD BE DELIVERED AND IT STILL HASNT. THEY DONT HAVE A DRIVER TO DRIVE TO NEW YORK OR A TRUCK TO DELIVER MY STUFF. THIS IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST SCAMMING MOVING BUSINESS I KNOW.

Used a moving broker, then these guys broke my stuff and tried to charge more than the broker. Insurance offered was less than the stated $0.60 per Lb. USE ANYONE ELSE!

Read More After reading some of the negative reviews. I feel that I went through the same experience as some of the people here . Moved from PA to TX and the service wasn't great and it ended up being very expensive the in end. Some of our items arrived damaged and they lost a box with all of cutting boards and kitchen woodwork. I found it very surprising that they were able to lose it because it was a big and heavy box. It was also the last one they packed. I reached out to the moving company and they weren't able to find it. When I called they assured me that they had delivered it and obviously they didn't. Last time I talked with them they said they were looking for it but I haven't heard anything back from them. It has been couple weeks now. The communication via email wasn't great either. They called me for everything instead of writing it via email. Something that bothered me was that they didn't take the empty cardboard boxes with them. What I was told at the time by the movers, was that we purchased the boxes and it was our responsibility to get rid of them. I moved many times before and moving companies always took the empty boxes and debris with them. We filled a claim and right now we are on waiting to see how things go.

They over charged me by $700 (from 2500 to 3200) the day of the move. And I had an infestation of bugs from my items after they delivered it. Had to throw away half my things. Disgusting. Once they take your cash and your items, you will have no power at all. Untrustworthy and very much a scam.. Read your contract carefully

Everything got here within the time frame but there were lots of damages, which isn't surprising if you seen the way it was re-loaded into the semi. My problem is when trying to file a claim, the "finish" button at the end doesn't work on any devices that I've tried. I have emailed a few times with no helpful responses. I would like them to reach out and make this right.
