Called them at their number. The customer service lady was rude and tried each and every way to avoid me and my issue and hung up the phone. If you do not care about your stuff and or money this is the company to choose as they will make sure that it all goes into the trash can. If you do care I would 100% avoid this company. CROOK CENTRAL!!!!!

What impressed me further was when they successfully hauled my sectional sofa through the balcony – it did not have a single scratch! Kudos to them!
