Read More Worst service ever to use it’s taking them more than 20 days to move my furniture from Illinois to Florida they lied to me and told me it’s going to take 10 days only don’t fall for their lies I called them several times to check on my furniture and every time they tell me they will notate my account and nothing is done about it

Read More This company is a joke! They showed up late, broke my bed frame, and over charged me. For long distance moves they work with other companies so when they drop off your stuff you’re not even dealing with Metro Hop Relocation LLC employees. The other company demanded I pay an extra fee, even though my bill said i had no outstanding balance. Make sure you get the full coverage insurance because these people will break your stuff and not properly pack it. Would not recommend 0/10!
