Worst experience moving, and we have done 3 cross country moves. They have changed company names multiple times and we have filed complaints with BBB. They were not trans ... Read More Worst experience moving, and we have done 3 cross country moves. They have changed company names multiple times and we have filed complaints with BBB. They were not transparent with their estimate, even though in all their responses they will tell you the estimate is based on info you give them, they do video walk-throughs so they just don’t do. Thorough job documenting your items. They will claim they have everything listed, and give you a paper that has everything on it, then on day of move double count items and claim you are over weight. Then you’re stuck, because you have moving date plans and can’t book anyone else last minute, not to mention you’ve already paid thousands in nonrefundable deposit. And forget about calling later to get refunded anything even if they were inaccurate in your items list. Their call center reps are so rude, you will decide to drop any claims to avoid being verbally abused over the phone. Save your money and sanity.

Read More Whenever I first at any point hired movers and I need to say the experience was past astonishing. This team showed up sooner than I expected and that was a welcomed surprise. They call 30 - 45 minutes out to tell you they are on route to you. Before long as they showed up they got to work. No time squandered by any means. Unscrewed my front way to get my love seat out and had it back on the hinges in less than 5 minutes. I can't express an adequate number of beneficial things about this company and group. I have proactively recommended them to other people and will keep on doing as such. I'm truly sorry I don't remember names. The entire day was only so in a hurry. His truck was full when he comes see my home staff to move. He tried to make the money increase on me the amount and he was making trauma. I’m not taking this. I’m not taking that. I’m not going to do that already talk to this fraud company to the representative. I lost them everything upfront when I deposit the money they are fraud their trauma they’re making drama between their representative and the drivers. When are you going there? Make trauma increase the money make issues that that’s why we already have the contract. We can keep the money and we share them between each other and there is no any movement. They’re not not not going to do anything for the customers their trauma they are fraud fraud fraud fraud. I’m so sorry I don’t know very good English to explain every single thing, but they are fraud. My review is for Move Sayf relocation company.

The team quick to respond and gave the best quote out of every one of the other moving companies I conversed with. Upon the arrival of the move the movers showed up on time and got right to work. I moved into a 3rd floor walk up and the team was unquestionably speedy at emptying my possessions. I have only certain comments about my experience and would prescribe MoveSafe Relocation to other people.
