Give me a price over the phone and when the mover showed up gave me 900$ higher best. At the end of move, he told me he can't add a grill which is part of the contract and even without a grill and some other items I still I need to pay +400$.
Rep before the contract told me it took 3 days to ship my stuff. Mover told me at least 3 days-5 days. And now that I’m in the destination another rep called and told me the best-est I will get my stuff after 7 days.
