They absolutely destroyed everything I owned. $10,000 white sofa is covered in stains and glue. $5,000 marble coffee table is shattered. TV, that they changed $150 to pack, had a step ladder packed between the screen and the box! It's ruined. $2,800 office chair is scratched badly. Dinner table is ruined. Every single box is smashed. They said my best bet was to file a home owners insurance claim, guess what, they don't cover it! I literally have to pay someone to come and take this stuff to the dump now. I would have been better off throwing it away where I lived. They also almost doubled the price after they loaded items in the truck.

They will double their original price be warned So far, I've gotten the complete opposite of what I expected. After putting down a deposit, I had to contact them many times to schedule a pick-up. This company is fraudulent, dishonest and negligent.

They picked up my furniture that was brand new, and almost EVERY item arrived severely broken, damaged and there were expensive items that never showed. They lost and/or stole it. None of my items were wrapped. They broke my brand new peloton bike, my fine art works, my television, my sofa, my coffee table and lost my desk. On top of that, they stopped responding to calls and send you to their claims department that does not take one single ounce of responsibility for repaying any of the damages. they destroyed more than $5k worth of my furniture and offered me $76 dollar settlement. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I’m very upset waiting on this claim to process
