Read More I have utilized Relocation Express LLC twice thus far this year. The personnel exceeded my expectations. Upon their arrival at the appointed hour, they needed more time to get to work. My main concern was the ease with which they moved my furniture from TX to NY. Using it will be my first choice if I ever have to move again.

This company is a SCAM. They wrote one contract, then a second contract asking for additional money for the down payment. When the movers showed up 8 hours late, they wan ... Read More This company is a SCAM. They wrote one contract, then a second contract asking for additional money for the down payment. When the movers showed up 8 hours late, they wanted another $8000 in cash, 60% due before they started the work. When told no we would not give cash additional cash, they left without doing anything. Have been trying to get ahold of company via phone and email, they refuse to take the call and send it to voicemail. Now out$1,700 dollars. AVOID this SCAM Company

Read More I can’t believe how easy these movers made my move. Matthew and Ronald were really efficient, loading up all my furniture and boxes in record time. They even brought their own moving blankets and straps to keep everything safe and secure. They were very careful and gentle with my items, especially my antique dresser and my grandfather clock. They were very courteous and reliable. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

This is a scam company. DO NOT HIRE! I paid them a $2190 deposit on a $3700 move. When the movers arrived, they refused to move at that price, demanding $2000 more despit ... Read More This is a scam company. DO NOT HIRE! I paid them a $2190 deposit on a $3700 move. When the movers arrived, they refused to move at that price, demanding $2000 more despite the confirming my item list was correct. I tried to call relocation moving a dozen times, called their agents, sent them emails, since my contract said not to agree to a price increase without talking to them. After a few days I got a hold of a customer service rep who just said they would not refund me anything and hung up on me. Don't get scammed like me!

They were incredibly careful with our fragile belongings and appliances while they packed them all away. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a moving company.
