Read More DISAPPOINTING AND DISHONEST. I hired a full packing service with delivery in a different state and I had problems every step of the way. To mention a few: They guaranteed I would only pay for the space I would use in the truck but when they arrived for pick up the final amount was already locked in the estimate - I had to ask for the cost to be revised afterwards, submitting photos and all. They don't pack, they throw your stuff in boxes. I had boxes and boxes that were dirty with powdery products that spread all over my new house because they just don't care enough to see if containers are sealed. Multiple items were damaged and scratched just due to poor packing and managing of the items. And worst of all, they STEAL. I had two personal items that just disappeared between the pick up and deliver and they have nothing to say but ''you can file a claim''. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The movers themselves were great, however, our stuff came in 2 separate shipments. We waited about 1.5 weeks for our stuff, half way through the move and after we already ... We waited about 1.5 weeks for our stuff, half way through the move and after we already paid they told us they forgot 1/2 of our stuff in Chicago! We had to change our vacation plans entirely, for the 2nd half of our shipment to arrive.

The moving crew never stopped working from the moment they arrived. They did an excellent job making sure all of furniture was protected and avoided scratching any walls. ... It has been a smooth process from initial booking to getting my stuff at the new place, everyone is professional and handle your stuff with care. Martin has been especially helpful, every time answering all my questions.

Read More The entire moving process was so much easier. On the day of the move, they arrived right on time. The movers worked fast and were extremely careful with all my belongings. Nothing was damaged at all. I will use them again for my next move. And recommend it to all of you.
