Use someone else who stands by their word.

From the initial contact with Jerry, who vanished after receiving our deposit, to the false promises of storage facilities near Vegas, our trust was shattered.Upon our arrival in Vegas, our belongings were still in Seattle, leaving us without furniture for an extra week. To add insult to injury, a bag containing my wife’s dresses, valued at least 2-3 thousand dollars, went missing during delivery. Despite reporting the loss, the compensation offered was a mere $35, a fraction of the actual value. What's more appalling is that we had to wait an agonizing three months before they even bothered to respond with this insultingly low compensation.This experience reeks of a scam from the start. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. Their deceptive practices and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
