John was meticulous with the packing, and Nelson was heroic with the heavy lifting. They helped me with setting up my new place. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the move so much easier.

Read More I have relocated with these movers twice, and I felt their services are improving each time. The first time, they were 5 minutes early, then 10 minutes, and this time, they were at the doorstep before half an hour with all things and all ready to start.

They are a scam and will under estimate you, and when the actual moving company showed up, they charged me more than quoted. Don't trust this company.

Read More EXTREMELY DECEITFUL! BEWARE! SCAMMERS!! PRICE WILL JUST KEEP INCREASING FROM INITAL QUOTE! In my initial quote I was told around $2400 which was an amazing price. The sales person told me if I got a quote anywhere else they’d beat the price by 10%. Called around and received quotes from other companies for around $4000 so I went with these people. When I had my quality assurance call my price went up by $1000 and they requested I pay send them more money for the deposit. I thought that was weird but now I feel it was a tactic for them to get the money in their pocket last minute. This company hires out other van companies to pack and move your items. They did not explain that to me which makes sense because it totaled to a huge lack of communication. The driver called me the day before my moving time pushing me to let them pick up that day then once they finally took my no I was given an earlier time frame they’d arrive for pick up. They ended up being 4 hours late, were careless with my items, took their sweet time packing everything. One packer was on a phone call the entire time and had the other one putting in some work. The packer that was on the phone the whole time then had the audacity to push for a tip which was done in an unprofessional, uncomfortable way. I was then told I’d receive a phone call from United One to update about the time frame and never did. 10 days go by and I took it into my own hands to try to get any sort of communication. I was met with a poor explanation and no answer. Finally after calling and asking for any sort of communication, I get a call from the driver the day before for delivery time from from 9-11am. 11am passed and I never received any communication then I had to have a long discussion with their hired out company and was told that they couldn’t get ahold of the driver. I called the driver and he picked up right away…apologized for being late and told me what time they’d be there. This company will just hook you in the beginning with a cheap price and will continue to increase it for everything little thing even if you disclose to them there’s stairs or an elevator they have to go up. I was living in a 1 bed 1 bath, I did not have that much stuff to be charged almost $5000. Don’t let them hook you with a cheap price in the beginning, move with a company that is better known and more reliable because it’ll end up being the same price anyways.
