The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. They were friendly and super careful with all my items, especially my grandmother’s antique dresser that I was nervous about moving. The moving crew was fantastic—super friendly, fast, and very careful with my stuff. They went above and beyond to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, and they even helped me set up my new living room. I felt like my belongings were in good hands the entire time. The only downside was the price. It ended up being a bit higher than the initial estimate due to some extra packing materials and time. I wasn’t thrilled about that, but the overall service was excellent, so I’d still recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage to anyone looking for professional movers.

I cannot recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough. I was moving from a large house into a much smaller apartment, and they helped me figure out how to downsize efficiently. They provided packing materials and even helped me organize what to donate, which saved me so much time. The movers were courteous and took special care of my fragile items like glassware and art pieces. What stood out the most was their attention to detail. They remembered little things like wrapping my mirrors in extra padding and making sure my electronics were safe. This company goes above and beyond to make sure their clients are satisfied. They turned what could have been a very stressful day into a smooth, pleasant experience.
