AVOID! The initial salesman did an amazing job selling me the services they were going to provide…. I haven’t been able to get a hold of him since. They have TERRIBLE customer service! Promised 7-14 day delivery & I’m still waiting for my things 1 month later. Do not use this company!!!

Absolutely terrible company. Keep getting phone calls from someone named Dillon. He’s very rude and disrespectful. Keep calling me daily regardless if I tell him to stop calling me. I am threatening to sue guaranteed van lines over the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and harassment after I have already gotten everything situated. To top it off they even got the wrong dates

Raised the price when they arrived even after taking inventory day before. Took forever to get my stuff and when I finally got it, I was missing boxes. I do NOT recommend. They use we relocate you as a third party and the worst company ever!!! Never answered the phone.
