I was told that I was a "VIP" customer and my initial quote for a 4 bedroom house was $7300--MAX. I proactively got rid of a bunch of stuff to drive that number even lower. Upon pickup, the driver said he needed more room on the truck and needed another $900 on the spot to continue loading. I called to request a delivery day 17 days ahead of time. The truck delivered 10 days late. Also, their subcontracted carrier (Cita Van Lines) did a poor job of packing. They put as much stuff as they could in wardrobe boxes or dishpacks. Lamps with pots and pans, nothing wrapped, etc. Finally, their packers go through every ounce of your belongs. If the packer wants it, it becomes his. My valuable coin collection is gone, a sword and a antique shield. I called to address my concerns. They say they are only liable for $.60 a pound for losses and that it was my fault for not doing more to protect my valuables (talk about victim blaming). So if you had a 1-oz gold coin valued at $3000 (like I did), they would give you $.0375 for the loss of that coin. My total weight of my entire move was 8000 pounds. If the entire truck went up in smoke, they would reimburse me $5000. That's $5000 for every single last thing I own--clothes, furniture, appliances, cookware...everything. PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD>>>DO NOT HIRE THESE CRIMINALS

It was a horrible experience, I will never go again with them they lied and gave a completely different quote than the original quote, They rejected pictures and video calls for the items, they didn't want the details or anything and they confirmed the day of the pick up nothing would be changed. On the day of pick up, they just didn't answer and later they said you have to figure out with the mover and they just don't contact you anymore. The people don't answer any questions and they don't care about your situation.

This was not a good experience moving from ND to Oregon...I got a Binding Moving Estimate from Casey at United Moving Management LLC, and a delivery window of Oct 19th to the 21st, 2024. When movers came to load they added almost $1400 on to the cost which I had no recourse other than to pay. When the 21st arrived and no furniture, I called and was told the furniture was still in a warehouse in MN. No one reached out to us to let us know about this issue...NO communication!! We had to stay in a hotel at over $114 a night until the furniture finally arrived on Oct. 28th. When unloaded, the Harley Davidson Fatboy motorcycle had 2 chips out of the gas tank paint and a one of a kind coffee table had a big scrape out of the side paint. Filed complaints with them and with the US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration...waiting for answers...My advice, don't use these movers...there is NO communication on their part and when they finally did answer my calls they were rude and horrible to deal with.
