Read More They do a lot of bate and switch. Supposed system glitches and they send you the wrong number then say it's not available. They are inconsistent and honestly unreliable for a big move.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. CHARGED AN ARM AND A LEG TO HAVE EVERYTHING SHOW UP BROKEN. THEN LAUGHED IN OUR FACES AND THEN YELLED AT ME FOR NOT LETTING THEM USE MY TRASH CAN. ... Read More WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. CHARGED AN ARM AND A LEG TO HAVE EVERYTHING SHOW UP BROKEN. THEN LAUGHED IN OUR FACES AND THEN YELLED AT ME FOR NOT LETTING THEM USE MY TRASH CAN. AND THE PEOPLE THAT ARE GIVING 5 STARS HOW MUCH ARE THEY PAYING U ASKING FOR A FRIEND.THIS COMPANY REALLY NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DAMAGES.

They are writing reviews themselves to artificially inflate them - look at all the people who are writing reviews. We used them for a move from Denver to Dallas. We worked with John who uses the same story every time he is booking you “oh you’re in luck, we have a truck we need to get back to x location - we’ll give you a discount.” Then they sell your move out to another company - which was Adams. Adams came over and doubled our quote immediately. There was no way we would’ve ever gotten the move done for the original $2k, it was $4k. They only accept chashapp, Venmo, cash so very sketchy.

We were scammed as well. They showed up and doubled the estimate based on some super-sketchy logic having to do with the storage shed cubic volume (which was given to th ... They showed up and doubled the estimate based on some super-sketchy logic having to do with the storage shed cubic volume (which was given to them in advance and did not change between the first estimate and the new estimate). Then, when we began asking how/why this was happening they threatened to cancel mid-move and drive away. We basically signed a contract for a new estimate under duress because we did not want to risk our belongings. We wish we had paid more attention to these reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
