Read More I had a long distance move recently with Alma Moving. I chose them because of their positive reviews and had a friend who used them and was happy with them. My experience was just the opposite. Quite a few things were not wrapped and I had damage to my tables and TV. They don't want to take responsibility for the damage. I won't use them again. I don't like giving bad reviews to anyone, but I should have used someone else. I would recommend doing more research before using them.

Read More After packing two 16ft containers, moving twice, and finally being at the point we could move in to our home, the mere thought of unpacking those two containers gave us chills. We just couldn't do it alone and turned to Google for a savior! We were able to schedule our unloading at the last minute and within 2 days, we had our scheduled 4 movers to unload our headache of a load. They worked tireless for 3 hours and got the job done just on schedule. We are so happy we hired them and would definitely recommend their services.

Read More My move has been a mess from start to finish. Belongings were supposed to be delivered straight through and arrive 7 days ago. Still nothing. The company has no concept of customer service and meeting customer promises. Their view - they 'legally' have 21 days to deliver and aren't concerned with ethics. The customer promise, in my case, of 3-4 days, which is what I planned around means nothing to them.

I can't express my gratitude to them enough for their superb service. The team was quite effective in addition to being professional. My items were loaded and unloaded quickly by them. They took tremendous care to wrap my precious objects separately and place them in secure boxes to safeguard them, including my collection of delicate porcelain figurines.
