We opted to pack our own stuff, but it was still handled carefully and the result was a successful pick up in the morning and delivery the next day. The moving team was great even though they had to move a lot of books! The only quibble I might have is that I felt the price was a little steep for a one-day/across-town move. But I would encourage anyone needing a moving company to consider Budget Relo for your move. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
