Read More I was impressed by how Budget Relo communicated throughout the entire process. The agents in their office confirmed my appointment time, gave me updates, and followed up after the move. On moving day, the workers mirrored that same professionalism. They were super focused on handling my furniture properly, disassembling a wobbly dining table for safer transport. After everything was unloaded, they asked if there was anything else they could do. That level of service is rare these days.

They handled all my instruments with care and attention, and made sure nothing was scratched or broken. They were also friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. They also took down all the pictures and packed them in boxes, wrapping the larger ones in bubble wrap before loading them. They were very thorough and meticulous.

Kevin and the group showed high professionalism and listened to our demands for extra safety for some of our furniture pieces. They used padded boxes, foam sheets, blankets and strong packing materials. On a moving day, everything went off without a hitch, and the day before, they provided professional and hassle-free packing services. I'm very happy with the service.
