Read More Horrible experience. Price quoted was not accurate at all. Day of pick up I was charged extra $700. Items loaded on day of picked up and delivered on a different truck on day of delivery. Why are my items being transferred between trucks ? That's how things get stolen or ruined. Movers said certain items cant be stacked on top of each other but when delivered those items where stacked on top of each other. They do that to use up more space and charge you more. Multiple items arrived damaged and all unorganized. All my storage totes are destroyed. They cost $16 each that is $$$ down the drain. When the truck left all my things was packaged great. On arrival all My things were all over the back of this truck. Very bad communication. They harass you to get your business then have no answers once they have your items. The movers di dnt even want to unload the stuff. I paid for a service. Payment was made in full and on time. I will never recommend or use this service again."

Moved from MA to TX. They picked up and did not deliver for 2 months. Very rude when we called, did not give any details. They forced me to tip $300, otherwise they would ... Read More Moved from MA to TX. They picked up and did not deliver for 2 months. Very rude when we called, did not give any details. They forced me to tip $300, otherwise they would charge more for packing(i already packed everything myself). Came with a dumptruck after 2 months, saying everything got damaged in Huricane. I lost $30k worth of household and so much memories. If they have not delayed way beyond their contract, no hurricane would have hit. They collected $11.5k for destroying my stuff. They also knowingly drove the dump truck to TX to only collect the remaining $4.2k.. they demanded cash before they open the truck doors .. Everything was rotten with mold and 100% damaged. Most of the electronics, bins were also missing / stolen. Rude people, lost memories, money .. Please stay away from this business.

Read More This is the worst company you can ever do business with my furnitures have been delivered late and they stole my 32 inch tv I bought for $400 after 3 months of claim they refunded me $6 for my tv 60 cents per pound according to their policy jenifer the booking agent isn’t helpful she will harass you to book the movers then won’t be helpful when it comes to claim BEWARE of THIS company they will steal your stuff I would suggest anyone to look for better options booking with them would be a bad option STAY AWAY from UNPROFESSIONAL services.
