Supposed to be straight through - I was promised 3-4 days and planned around that. 7 days since delivery due and no belongings. Told perhaps Mon-Wed, now Wed-Thursday. Shall we take bets on if my things will arrive 10 days late? Or not at all? My belongings have been hijacked by this company and Alma Moving and neither appear concerned - unfortunately, the customer has little power to make them care.
