The pros are a complete joke and either don't respond or don't listen if they do. In addition, you have call customer service to delete YOUR OWN information. This place is one big SCAM. The only thing I can think of is that they’re in bed with each other as they rip me off for $3000 worth of goods. No recourse for Reimbursement .How do you prove you own a family heirloom.
