The great con! We want to trust people and believe in them but some companies are only out to legally scam you and it’s disgusting. Relocation nation is one to avoid at all cost. Check there BBB rating and don’t believe the hundreds of fake reviews and inflated ratings. I thought because they had a good yelp, google rating they were safe . $1500 dollar lesson as they legally stole my deposit without rendering any service. There cancellation policy is a well written, deceitful lie! 48 hours to cancel unless they secure a mover which they do immediately after they take your money so you can’t cancel. They use electronic transfer from your bank account so you can’t dispute your credit card. It’s a brilliant legal scam that gets thousands of people at one of the most stressful times in life ,moving! They quote you a price that is purposely wrong and when the movers arrive they force you to pay more or they won’t move all your stuff. Your are stuck over a barrel and they won’t call you back or pickup the phone! Brilliantly diabolical! Lesson learned read this and run!
