If I could give a zero stars, I would. I do not know how these people got five stars they must’ve bought them. They got locked out of the storage unit and then charge ... Read More If I could give a zero stars, I would. I do not know how these people got five stars they must’ve bought them. They got locked out of the storage unit and then charge me to wait. They get the code to open the back up. That was a hour wait then they charge me 45 min while they sat in the back of the truck figuring out how to get this equipment off the truck. I asked For professional equipment movers they said they specialize in commercial equipment….they lied. They charge me $1000 to move the equipment 1 mile away actually .8 miles. The previous moving company only charged $500 Told me the flat rate and then they raised the flat rate and added extra money all at the end do not trust these people. But professional only thing best about them is the name. I tipped them $150 because it’s not the driver fault how terrible the company is managed. He didn’t even give the drivers the tip.
