This is one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with.-They tried changing signed invoices and the bill of landing after it had crossed state lines.-They have had my items for 1 month and I have yet to receive them.-They charged me an extra $1600 without measuring the actual cu. feet volume overage on my load, they just called a guy in an office that made that decision without seeing anything!

Read More I can't recommend them enough! It was my first time hiring a professional and they were on top of their game throughout the entire process. They gave me a quote beforehand and there were no surprise charges at the end. The movers arrived right on schedule and everything went incredibly smoothly. I give them a perfect 10 out of 10!

I hired this company on April 2nd to move all of my family’s belongings from Houston TX to Cordova TN. I was quoted $2783 for my move which was to be picked up on 4/12 ... Read More I hired this company on April 2nd to move all of my family’s belongings from Houston TX to Cordova TN. I was quoted $2783 for my move which was to be picked up on 4/12 and delivered 4/26. The 26th came and went without word from the company. They eventually made (some) of my delivery on May 6th. They only arrived with half of my stuff. Including a refrigerator that was filled with mold and was not salvageable. Another week and a half went by with me calling everyday and they eventually made the “final” delivery on May 15th, nearly a month after the agreed up is date. During the time between the agreed upon date of delivery and the time I actually got it, I bought a house, sold my old house, had a baby , and started a new job, all while waiting for them to deliver my needed items including the baby’s crib, bassinet, bottles, clothing, etc. As of now I’m still finding things that are missing including a ladder, kitchen items, expensive metal tumblers, documents, engraved cutting board, and who knows what else. Not to mention I had to buy new baby items just to have for my newborn while we waited. To top it off they promised me a partial refund that I have not recieved. The unprofessionalism and incompetence of this company is astounding. They should not be in business.

Read More We recently moved our packages through this company. Every employee in the team did their best to bring our packages safe home. The move manager was very helpful and she did send emails promptly on where our packages were and she did follow up in the middle of the night. Overall the whole team did an excellent job delivering our packages. Thank you everyone In the team.
