Read More First of all they provide an initial quote and then hit you with additional fees at the last minute. They picked up my items and attempted to deliver someone else's stuff . They can't find my items and after a three week delay have asked me to file a claim just so they can even look for my items. No one answers their phones and as the customer you are responsible for following up with them since they have hundreds of customers. I wish I had read their reviews before contracting with this shady company. My next recourse is a civil suit or criminal complaint.
