Read More These guys over-promised, and over charged. I was moving from the TX to IL. I booked these guys a few weeks ahead of time and received an estimate for their services. Loading up the trucks was fine. 5 guys worked hard and did a great job of being efficient. The trucks were scheduled to deliver the next day in IL. At 5:30pm that day I was informed that their truck broke down and that they would not be able to deliver until the next morning. My family and I had to book hotel rooms for the night since they had all of our belongings. They did show up the next morning and unloaded the trucks. Strangely enough, the truck that "broke down" was packed in the exact same order and way that it was originally packed, although they claimed it was a different truck. They unloaded a bunch of stuff into the garage that was supposed to go downstairs. When I asked them to take those things (which were clearly labeled "downstairs,") they told me they could not move them downstairs because it would take too long. They also emptied 3 or 4 wardrobe boxes onto the floor in my basement. The movers were in a big hurry to leave. At the end, they tried to charge me $400 over their estimate, despite the fact that their truck "breaking down" cost me almost $500 in hotel rooms. In the end, they settled with me and I payed the estimated price, but the aggravation and attitudes I had to deal with were not worth it. If this company does not want to provide services to locations outside of Chicago and suburbs, then they shouldn't book the job and make promises they can't keep. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend.

Read More I used Worlds Best Movers to help with my move from Indiana to Texas. Ashley was very informative from the office and was able to help me with all of my questions on the phone. The company always kept in communication and showed up on time to pick everything up. They securely wrapped all of my belongings and made me feel at ease about the move. All of my things made their way to Texas and nothing was broken or missing. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Read More I had to move and tried Worlds best Movers for the first time and I was very impressed on fast they got my items out of my apartment on the 3rd floor.I had a crew of three guys and I saw how hard they work. ******* was the ****** for the crew he help me on all issues and questions I had .Everyone that help me with the move I THANK YOU, you made the move less stressful for **** would recommend to my friends and family if they ever need movers to definitely give Worlds best Movers a call. Read More Move was on 7/15/2022... BEST DECISION EVER! I've heard so many horror stories about moving companies and I'm so very happy that I made the decision to go with World's Best Movers. I did all the packing and they did all the hard heavy work that I dreaded having to possibly do myself. Moving from a home to a condo is not an easy task, and they alleviated soooo much stress. The 3 gentlemen that helped were honest, polite, and thorough. They came in and got right to work. No time was wasted. They completed everything under 2 hours. The move was quiet and didn't disturb my neighbors. So quiet that one of my neighbors didn't even know I moved in. They took everything a part, and put it back together with ease. My friend and I were so impressed that she will be going to them for her next move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
