Read More I am so furious with charter van lines and the company they used to move us. The initial sales guy, Devin, seemed very authentic and truthful. The biggest fraud he did was look at my house they were set to deliver to, we discussed the steep driveway and that a semi-truck would not work. He said he discussed and reviewed with his manager and not a problem they will have a box truck do it and that is figured into the cost. However now they are claiming it will be another $1,900 to deliver since a semi-truck cannot fit. I have been mislead and lied to throughout this whole process and I'm furious that no one has seemed to care or do anything about it.
