Read More The reasons I hired these movers was because they were available for my time urgent line. But that is the only good thing I can say. They were very over priced. They changed over three time the price for fuel. They told me things I wanted to hear just to get the job and then did exactly what I didn’t want. They never called back. I got different information from each employee I was finally able to talk to. All the employees were respectful but I knew they were just blowing smoke to appease me. I would NOT recommend these movers!

Read More Don’t hire these con artists. They will give you one cost on their original estimate and then jack it up once they have possession of your belongings. Even if you pay the new “amount due”? They will hold your things hostage. For weeks. And they fail to pick up any and all phone calls. Oh, and this is after they agree upon one pick-up date for an out of state move and then renege on that, too. Contracts are meaningless to these people. They should be put out of business. Permanently.

Read More Terrible experience with this mover. Every review on here is correct. After our stuff was loaded we were told we were over our weight and they charged us another $400. They didn’t pack things carefully and damaged my furniture! Look at the way it was put in the truck!! They don’t send enough guys or trucks to do a job properly, they are dishonest and underhanded.

Read More Our estimate sky rocketed once movers came to home to pick up about 850 square feet of furniture and assundries. I was hit with an extra $2000. and change at my home on day of move stating I had more boxes and extra pieces of furniture. How in the world does a small move like that go from the one estimate to skyrocketing at pick up!! I was threatened by some rep on phone that if I didn’t pay it movers could take something or things off the truck! Rude and disrespectful per my situation which was Extremely time sensitive!!!!! Never will I recommend this company! The physical movers were great with exception of not putting supports between antique rocking chair arms and legs. So, unfortunately they broke the right arm of my precious grandmother’s rocking chair!!! Due to this company only wanting to be heard and right, I feel my rocker will not get paid for per repairs. Terrible experience and do not recommend…… unless you have discretionary money to throw away!!!!

Read More Their sales reps are really good, I’ll give them that. They will deceive you and have you thinking you’re safe and in good hands. They are supposed to inventory your items properly so that the next drivers that have possession of your items are clear on what to deliver. Though we had around 60+ items this mover tried to make us sign documentation stating he moved around 33 items of ours 😳. They refused to take all of our items so we had to pay another company to ship the second half from Atlanta to Texas. I watched them stand on and tip over my restorations hardware side bar, they dropped a 75 in tv, and they were just throwing my items on the truck. I literally cringed watching the moving process. They switched the time frame for our move after we paid. Don’t let them rush you to sign the contract! They don’t want you to read it. We can’t wait for the time frame they’re giving us now but they won’t allow us to pick our items up either even though they don’t have a truck available to ship our items. So they are basically holding them hostage. No one has even issued an apology or resolution even though we have video footage of their moving staff mishandling us

Read More Do not use this company! First of all they provide an initial quote and then hit you with additional fees at the last minute. They picked up my items and attempted to deliver someone else's stuff to me in Houston. They can't find my items and after a three week delay have asked me to file a claim just so they can even look for my items. No one answers their phones and as the customer you are responsible for following up with them since they have hundreds of customers.
