However, one thing to be mindful of is the potential for a shuttle charge, which came up for me at the last minute due to a miscommunication that could have been avoided. Read More Very unprofessional. They expect you to be able to drop everything in the middle of a cross country move to be there exactly when they say. It is a storage unit and they want someone to sit there for 3 hours. Then they are NOT EVEN there during that window. The people on the phone are the worse and NO help. Horrible company to work with. It says "no hidden fees" There are TONS of hidden fees. They will not tell you about them until after you give them a deposit. So you either pay them or loss your deposit. Look elsewhere
