Read More I used Interstate Moving and Relocation Group the last time I moved a couple months ago and they were fantastic! The team was super professional and took great care of my stuff, as well as my family and I!. They kept us in the loop the whole way, making us feel very much at ease. Would definitely use them again, but hoping not to move again, lol!

I gave a fairly accurate estimate for my packing list and I signed for a pretty reasonable quote. The day before, they called and increased my highest possible quote by $ ... Read More I gave a fairly accurate estimate for my packing list and I signed for a pretty reasonable quote. The day before, they called and increased my highest possible quote by $3000, but assured me that the increase was a "worst case scenario." The day the moving company arrived, I learned that Interstate is not a moving company, as the sales dept. originally led me to believe. The moving company came and wrote up a final amount that was even higher than the highest quote. I wound up paying nearly double what I originally anticipated. I will say that the moving company they hired to do my move did a good job, but the quote was very misleading. After unpacking all of my boxes, I am missing a very valuable item that was packed in a box. I feel totally ripped off and taken advantage of. They got me.

Do yourself a huge favor and do not use this company. They do not keep their commitment for delivery or pick up. After researching moving companies I selected this compan ... Read More Do yourself a huge favor and do not use this company. They do not keep their commitment for delivery or pick up. After researching moving companies I selected this company because they told me that my move would be a straight shot. This was not the case. I was told 3/4 days for delivery and we are looking at 6/7 days. I have a special needs person in my household who needs their medical devices and this has had a very negative impact. No one has been accountable up to this point. I am extremely disappointed and would encourage you to avoid this company to eliminate further stress with your move or relocation.

Interstate promised us a move at a price and the moving company showed up saying Interstate misrepresented how much our move was going to cost. Don’t trust Interstate! ... Read More Interstate promised us a move at a price and the moving company showed up saying Interstate misrepresented how much our move was going to cost. Don’t trust Interstate! They also only sent one person to move our 550 cubic feet worth of stuff.
