Everything was handled very professionally, from the initial quote to the delivery of our belongings. No furniture was damaged, and there were no scratches.

I couldn't stop the process then The movers showed up 2 days late. I should have taken pictures because when it was loaded it only came out 6 or 7 feet from the end. I should have measured as the charge was for 590 cubic feet, much more than it occupied. I was informed that my order could exceed the delivery date by 4 to 21 days. WTF! AT THIS STAGE YOU ARE OUT OF OPTIONS! I emailed Kristen and she never answered. BUYER BE WARE! WHAT A F***** UP OUTFIT

Within IL, I went from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom apartment, and they packed, assembled and disassembled all of my belongings on time.
