United Reliable Relocation/United Prime Relocation - Moving Compamy
Complaint Arranging the Move: - May 9, 2024 - Lincoln Logistics, Inc,
On May 9th I agreed to work with who I was told is Lincoln Logistics Moving Company after several lengthy conversations with a Senior Relocation Specialists, Patrick Johnson. Patrick assured me of the following:
1. Iwasdealingwithamovingcompany,notabroker.
2. MyMovingEstimateof$1681.28includedupto286cubicfeet.
3. Iwouldnotbechargedforstairseventhoughboxeswereonthesecondflooranda
dresser was on a third-floor bedroom.
4. TheonlywaytobindthisMovingEstimatewastopayadeposit$681.00thatday.
5. EventhoughIhadjuststartedpackingandhadmanythingstoaddtothelist,Patrick
stated I had plenty of room to add since my quote was for 286 cubic feet.
Patrick then told me I would be working with Ashley Eisenlau, Customer Service:
• She would be calling me that day (5/9/24) to go over everything with me.
• I did not hear from her, so I called Patrick who said she had to leave early and that I
would hear from her in the morning.
• When I did not hear from her, I contacted Patrick, who stated he would remind her to
call me.
• Ashley texted me at the end of the day (5/10/24) that she was "sending a document for
me to sign".
• I received a docu-sign but could not open it.

o ItwasaduplicateofmyMovingEstimate(verifying286cubicfeet)thatIhad
already electronically signed 5/9/24.
On 5/28 I texted Ashley and left a voice mail that I now had a final list of everything to be moved, a moving date and a delivery address. I never received a response.
On June 8th I reached out to Ashley again through email as to whether or not I was going to be hearing from someone about my move. since it was now 4 days out.
• She replied that I would receive a call on June 10th from Kristen, Quality Assurance, about pick up time on the 14th.
• I replied that I never did get an opportunity to open the DocuSign document and did it matter.
• She replied that I was all set.
On June 10th, I did not hear from Kristen, so I sent Ashley my final packing list.
• She replied that she would send it to Quality Assurance, and I would be hearing from them.
• On June 11th I called Lincoln Logistics to speak to Kristen Campbell since my move was only 2 days away.
• She was not aware of my final packing list.

o Kristin again stated that I had two choices: 1) continue on with the move, 2)
cancel the move and find another moving company and lose my deposit).
My total cost at this point was the $681.00 deposit, $1,333.87 additional deposit and two bank cashier's checks for $531.50 (Ashley & Kristen both stated to leave the penny ob the amount of $531.51) made out to United Reliable Relocation for a total of $3077.89.
Moving Day: - June 14, 2024 - United Reliable Relocation moving company
Moving day could not have gone worse. I discovered quit quickly from the lead young man (there were two, young, very slight build, labor workers) that
The move lasted from 9:30am-2:30pm due to all the challenges from United Reliable Relocation's scam for more money.
• They arrived in white unmarked truck, which was smaller than expected
• It was already loaded with another household and appeared to only have room left for
my household goods.
• The lead made a comment that he had another stop to make after mine.
I had already packed and wrapped everything. They only needed to shrink wrap a small metal table (I asked them 3 times to wrap this table and it arrived unwrapped and severely scared) and a full-size mattress. Everything was stored in two places, except for a dresser in the master bedroom.
The lead started on paperwork immediately, which took him an hour.
• The second young man walked around and looked at everything and spent a good deal of time in the bathroom.
• The lead finally looked up from his paperwork and announced that they had measured everything.

the additional money in addition to the cashier's check for $530.51". I immediately called Ashley Eisenlau and informed her of the situation.
• She stated that she would call the URR owner and work things out.
• As time passed for over another hour, I had to call Ashley for updates since she was not
calling me.

• I went out to the truck, spoke to the two young men an asked them to talk to their boss
to return Ashley's calls.
• The movers came back into the house 20 minutes later and began putting stickers on
everything and then moving everything out to the truck.
• The URR owner called me and stated,
The drop-ob date was July 1, 2024. I was told that I would receive updates as to when the moving company would be arriving at my destination. During this time, I did not receive any calls. On June 26th and 28th I left a message for Ashley and did not hear back from her.
I asked for a copy of the paperwork.
• The lead refused to give me a copy of his paperwork.
• He stated that I would be mailed a copy of the paperwork.

Delivery Date: July 1, 2024 - United Reliable Relocation/Lincoln Logistics
I called Ashley first thing in the morning (8:00am), July 1st. She answered the phone and did not remember who I was. I gave her my job # and reminded her of the moving experience and that July 1st was the delivery date and that I had not heard from the driver as promised.
• She stated that July 1st was just a "first day that things could be delivered, not the actual date".
• She stated that she would look up my account and call the mover and call me back within an hour to let me know when to expect the movers.
• Since I had not heard from by noon I called her again for information.
"everything has been worked out with Lincoln
Logistics and the movers will take good care of my household items".
• She stated that she had not gotten ahold of the mover as yet but would call me back within the hour.
• Since I did not hear back, I called, but it went to voice mail.
• At 5:00pm I had yet to hear from her, so I tried one more time to reach her. It went to
voice mail, and I did not get a return call.
July 2nd, I tried again to reach Ashley several times and finally got ahold of her toward the end of the day.
• She stated that the truck would deliver my things July 3rd between 9am-Noon and that he would give me a call 30 minutes before his arrival.
• I asked her to remind me who to make the cashier's check out to and she stated, "United Prime Relocation" (which was a diberent name than I was given before).

anyone to help him. At one point a female arrived in her pajamas, she did not speak English, stayed for 15 minutes and did not help him.
• He looked and acted like he had just gotten out of bed.
• Shortly after he had opened the truck, he asked if he use my bathroom to change out of
his sweatpants, since it was so warm outside.
• Observing my items in the truck, it looked like 50 % of my boxes had been thrown into
the truck on top of another household's items in the back half of the truck. Before he took them out of the truck, I could see that they were very beat up.
I handed him the cashier's check for $531.50. He started unloading the truck.
• After a few loads he brought back the cashier's check and said he could not take something from a bank.
• He had to have cash.
• I immediately called Ashley about the situation.

with Patrick.
• Kai came back to me 20 minutes later (I had not heard back from Ashley) and told me the URR owner wanted cash and that he was not moving another item out of the truck until he had the cash.
• I called Ashley and asked what was going on and how Lincoln Logistics was going to help solve this problem and that I was very upset with this whole move.

• I called my daughter-in-law and asked her to go to the bank get cash and bring it right
over.
• I told Kai the cash was coming, and he started moving items out of the truck again.
When the cash arrived, he took it and called the URR owner to let him know he had the money. Everything seemed to be fine. He moved everything in the garage (with the exception of a dresser) and my daughter-in-law, and I took care of moving boxes in the house.
It took Kai nearly 4 hours to move everything into the garage. Right before he was to leave, he came back in the house and ask me for $1764.50. I told him I did not owe that money and that the URR owner and Lincoln Logistics had worked that out. He said O.K. and turned around and left.
After all the boxes were open, I found the following:
Extensive damage to my art: 2 - 18" Chihuly glass hand blown wall art plates @ $845 each completely shattered; 1- 12" Chihuly glass hand blown wall art plate @ $525 completely shattered; 1 - 24" glass hand blown lamp shade $1200 completely shattered; and, an iron table supporting a glass display cabinet $500 severely scratched.
After Delivery Scam: July-13-2024 - United Reliable Relocation - Chinese Labor
I received the following text from Kai, 1-206-735-1715:
Hi, it's Kai for you. I unloaded your stub in Indianapolis, the thing is, it turns out you were
supposed to pay $1,764.50, I took a $531.50 payment from you. At this point, the bosses
will take money from my paycheck that I was supposed to get. The $1,233 I didn't take will
be paid by me. My job comes out to $1,500 for everything. I'm begging you, can you please
pay the company. I'm a stranger you've only seen once. But for God's sake, I need to feed
my family. Can we make a deal. I'll send you the zell company's info. Not mine, please! You
can call the company and get the green number.
To make sure it's me, Kai. I can send my driver's license, selfies, video call. Anything,
please. I'm desperate.
I can even send you a contract I'm begging you
