Read More Update: Added 1 star because of a sizable correction to the final cost and a discount on the smaller rental truck. They still took 3 weeks to deliver with terrible communication. If they hadn’t been so aggressively bad at communication and customer service I might have had a positive interaction. Original review follows. They'll tell you what you want to hear to get your money. Their "first possible" move-in date is what they keep telling you, but they bury the fact that they can and will take up to 30 days to deliver. If they had been upfront about the timelines I would have found someone else as I can't wait a month between houses. There's one person that answers the phones and they said that they're the customer service manager. Their manager is apparently an ethereal spirit that never sets foot on the ground so I have no way to reach them. The "direct" number of the sales person goes to someone else entirely with a full mailbox and the canned review responses say to call customer service which starts the loop all over. The worst part is that they have all of your belongings so they can hold them hostage from you until you pay in full. I'm not sure where they bought all these 5 star reviews because this is by far the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. Edit: To the sad response below - I can't make a claim until after my stuff has been delivered, which might be next week, 2 weeks after it was supposed to be. You know that, but at least it makes you look better, right? Furthermore, you know that there's nothing to claim. Hiding the actual length of time it will take to deliver isn't something I can make a claim for; it just makes you a scummy moving company. The funny thing is that I would have happily given you extra money if you had just told me that the "first possible" date was just used to start the clock and that there was no chance it would be delivered in any reasonable amount of time. Now, I can't do or say anything without fear of my belongings being held hostage.

The next day, the move went smoothly. I had a wonderful driver named Jesus and took care of everything at pickup. Thank you for the good experience. PLEASE DO BETTER ON YOUR FIRST INITIAL SALE CALLS.
