We got some real pros who know how to use bubble wrap to keep your stuff safe and sound!

Worst experience ever. Tried to avoid the stress of moving from California to Washington by having a company help with the transport of our belongings. We started strong with this company, but then everything went downhill. Moving Direct Van Lines is a middle man. They claim to only use reputable movers, but MMG Movers (the actual moving company) was a pure nightmare. They have a calculated approach to gouge you with exorbitant increases in fees by claiming that you have more cubic feet than what they have listed. These companies bully you with "you have a contract, and you'll lose your deposit." Our deposit was over 3K. Moving Direct offered zero support other than to change to a new carrier. How could I trust them? At that point, we severed ties and are seeking legal reparations. You can read our full experience on the BBB website for both companies.

After using Moving Direct Van Lines LLC, I swore I'd never try to relocate again on my own. Moving Direct Van Lines LLC performed an excellent job of keeping my things secure and organized. The guys were a great crew, and everything went smoothly throughout the relocation. I wholeheartedly endorse them for any and all moving-related tasks.

They were quick and efficient while taking great care of my belongings. The employees were quite nice and helpful. We won't be using that particular Moving Direct Van Lines again when we relocate!
