I was cautious about my ceramic dinner set and French vase, which cost about $3000, but they were wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap, then packed in a thermophore sheet block and placed in a cushioned box. I wasn't expecting such professionalism, but they proved me wrong. They all arrived at my place safely. It’s a 10 on 10 service!
