I was really hopeful this would be a good experience, but it was an absolute dumpster fire. Classic over-promise, under-deliver, then make a million excuses instead of owning up to the mistakes.

I have experienced the worst macabre scam! These people are specialists in stealing. Never hire them. They give you a super cheap quote and then the nightmare begins. They steal your deposit. And the worst thing is that they send a huge truck so as not to carry the things to the house or assemble them. And they want to charge you more for that. The salesperson Ann Marie is the most specialized in making fake quotes and pretends to be super friendly. They don't answer the phone or emails. The manager is rudely disrespectful. It really was a nightmare.

Still haven't received our things, the only time they get back to us is when we threaten to dispute our credit card charge. So embarrassing for them.
