The movers didn’t pack my belongings systematically, even though I had labeled everything to make it easier. They mixed kitchen items with bathroom supplies and left some items unpacked. Unpacking was a nightmare because nothing was where it was supposed to be.

Several boxes of my belongings went missing during the move, including some irreplaceable sentimental items. I had clearly labeled everything and provided an inventory list, but the movers were completely disorganized. When I called to report the missing boxes, the customer service rep acted like it was no big deal and told me to ‘wait a few days to see if they show up.’ It’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t gotten any answers.
