Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I hired this company thinking they would make my move easier, but it turned into a nightmare. They showed up almost three hours late without any apology, and it felt like they didn’t care. The movers were rough with my belongings, and I could hear them banging boxes against walls. My brand-new hardwood floors got deep scratches from them dragging furniture without any padding. To top it off, one of my favorite lamps was completely shattered, and they refused to compensate me, saying it was a risk of moving. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
