We were in capable hands as soon as they entered the room. They covered every piece of furniture with blankets, applied foam and anti-static film to our gadgets, and developed a plan for our sensitive items. I've never had a relocation this well-planned.

The crew was extremely kind and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure I was at ease. After they unloaded the truck, they offered to help me move furniture to make sure everything was just right. The little things matter a lot.

The office staff promptly replied to my emails and responded to voicemails on the same day. It was a nice touch that the crew leader called 30 minutes before my arrival on move-out day. Before loading, we conducted a walkthrough, and they carefully inventoried everything. The staff was very competent and accommodating.
