Weeks late for delivery. Nobody answered phones or texts. One man for the delivery and he rolled the wrapped dresser out of truck and up stairs in home. Dresser was destroyed. Photos sent of all broken items and the offered less that $70.00! Do bother using this company. Pay the extra few bucks and go with a reputable company. No stars!

Horrible company, gave a rate then triple the price when you do not have time to change companies. Missing items and multiple items broken. Tried to file a claim and they would not answer phone or return phone calls. I paid extra so they would extra protect 4 items that my father made. Lost 1 of them and broke the other 3.

Stay clear, moved from Tucson to Raleigh, Bridgeview subcontracted it out, who subcontracted it out, and so forth. Ongoing frustration of bait-n-switch type tactics throughout. As I've always known, you get what you pay for, but took the bait, shame on me; too much headache to save $2K going with United Van Lines.
