Great service overall! The movers were friendly, professional, and worked quickly to load and unload my things. They took good care of my furniture, but there was a small scratch on one of my dressers. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was still noticeable. The only other minor issue was that the final cost was slightly higher than the initial estimate. Still, I’d use them again for their reliability and quality service.

The movers were polite and handled my belongings with care, but the process took longer than expected. Moving from New York to Illinois was a big job, and while they did a good job overall, there were a few communication gaps during the move. Still, everything arrived safely, and the price was reasonable.

Overall, I had a good experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage. The movers were friendly and worked quickly, but there was a slight delay in their arrival time. Once they got started, though, they were very careful with my items, and nothing was damaged. The pricing was a bit higher than I expected, but the quality of service made up for it. I’d use them again, but I’d recommend confirming the arrival time in advance.
