They were very responsive on emails when we requested a quote to them and had no hidden charges involved. We did most of the packing ourselves and left the large items for them to pack. They wrapped fragile large items, sofa, bed with shrink tape, provided us a free closet box to dump our clothes with hangars. They assembled as well as disassembled the bed for us. They did not damage any of our furniture or anything at our new space. Just one thing that the service was a little slow. Rest assured quality was no doubt good

The three men helping me were able to wrap and move all of my heavy furniture with ease. The only reason I took of a star is on of my lamps was broken during the move. They told me right away and their customer service has been very helpful in starting a claim. Overall, very good movers, I would use them again.
