The company’s customer service was a joke. I called multiple times to confirm my delivery date, but every time I got a different answer. When my items were delayed by four days, no one bothered to inform me. I had to call repeatedly, only to be told that they weren’t sure when my belongings would arrive. When they finally showed up, half the boxes were crushed, and no one could explain why. Communication is key, and they completely failed.

Coastal Van Lines provided excellent service and made this one of the easiest moves I have experienced! From beginning of the day to the end everyone was kind, courteous and very helpful. There were four workers who were coordinated in their efforts and truly dedicated to the task at hand. They worked well together and everything went smoothly and dare I say the day was fun for me. I would like to give a shout out to John, Anthony, Ron and Liz. They are a great crew!

Coastal Van Lines is built around customer service- as a family owned business they take such pride in treating their customers the way they would treat their own family!
