Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.

The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

The movers left an entire section of my garage untouched, even though I told them to pack everything. I discovered it after they left and had to rent a truck myself to move the remaining items. When I called to complain, they said it wasn’t their responsibility since I didn’t supervise closely enough. Absolutely ridiculous.
