They are not responsive after they take your $$ They are a broker and are responsible for coordinating your move. However all they r doing is taking money and asking movers to come to u. The movers do not arrive on the scheduled days. Crossnation uses outside companies to collect money so in the bank it is under Celtic 75 Consulting and their rep shows his face as a debt collector on LinkedIn. Crossnation did not help me with the arrival of my goods as their contract promised. This is a fraud company or merely a place for a scam. They do not assist you with moves. They don't come to tour house to count goods either. They take payment after payment then disappear. We all reported them.
