Bloody basters

Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE! FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWSThey have moved their office 3 times in a year! 3.6 to 3.9 in weeks. They are spamming FAKE 5-star reviews to cover all the new 1-star reviews. No company receives 5 5-star reviews a day! Check YELP! Over 80% of YELP reviews are NOT RECOMMENDED. They sell shorter delivery windows and hide behind longer ones in contract. They retaliate by sending your personal info to online forms looking for a move. The eviction is relevant. You lost and were sued by another company for not paying debt.It has been made clear that they prioritized profitable moves over mine. This explains the delay I experienced.Nothing was delivered as promised. The delivery took over 33 business days, and items were missing. DRS wanted to deliver later but I pushed for July 29th.We were never in constant contact. I called multiple times a day. I only received a call from the owner after I filed complaints with government agencies. They admit my wife messaged the owner on Linkedin for help, why would she go to those lengths if we were in constant contact as they claimed? This company treated me awfully. The owner nearly threatened me over my reviews. I am not claiming missing items. I do not want to deal with them. Nothing short of a full refund and a written apology will be accepted to remedy this situation. This company harasses you after you post negative reviews. Months after the move I was texted to call. I blocked their number. My wife was messaged on LinkedIn by the owner begging us to call. Both owners looked at my LinkedIn profile. Yelp has removed 483 reviews for Spam. Check BBB for complaints. CHECK CASE CACE23003776 AT THE BROWARD COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS. THEY HAVE BEEN EVICTED BY THEIR LANDLORD.I contacted Direct Relocation Services on 5/11/2023 for a quote on a move from Bradenton, FL to Denver, CO. I requested that my belongings be picked up between 30th and 31st for a delivery on June 12th. Jorde said that a pick-up on June 1st-2nd would be better for a delivery on June 13th-14th.June 1st: The movers called and said that they could not make June 1st-2nd. They wanted to reschedule for June 3rd. I was not available that day so I requested June 4th. I was told that they would call me with an arrival time. I received no call. I called them to verify pick up and they said they could not make June 4th. The pickup was rescheduled for June 5th.9th business day: I call to find out where my belongings were. Maria reiterated that they had 2-21 business days. I was now informed that the “First Available Delivery Date” is not what it means. It means “the first day we will even think about moving your belongings”. This was NOT explained to me before signing the contract.14th business day: It takes multiple phone calls to get through to someone about my move. Maria told me that they would be working on the Colorado route next week.18th business day: I cannot get through to anyone. Maria does not answer. Taylor does not answer. I eventually speak with Andrew. He told me that the Colorado truck was ready. He was looking right at it. They just needed a driver. He told me that it would leave in 1-2 days and to call back later for an update. I mentioned that the 21st business day is approaching and wanted to talk compensation. He assured me my belongings would be leaving soon and we can talk compensation later.20th business day: I speak with Andrew. There was an issue with the driver so the Colorado route has not left yet. He admitted to eating his words. They were working on the issue to have the Colorado route move out ASAP.23rd business day: THEY ARE LATE. 2-21 business days have passed. All I get is “The contract says we have 30 BUSINESS DAYS”.24th business day: I call again. Andrew now denies saying anything. I am only owed $30/business day after the 30th business day. My belongings are not on a truck.July 29th: I finally receive my belongings after 33 business days (48 calendar days). Several items are missing.

Broken agreements

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. If you're capable of it, I would suggest getting a U-haul and doing it yourself. On Pick-up, they were 4 hours late on their time window. They gave me an estimated date of 8-16-2024. They showed up on the 21st. They had another window saying they would be here between 7am and 12pm. The movers didn't show up until 4pm. I ended up helping them move my stuff in due to having to be at work in the evening and speed up the process. Going through everything, I've noticed they did not give my my pc. I asked the driver if it was in one of the large boxes that were heavy and he told me yes. This is incorrect. None of these boxes contain my computer. It was packaged in it's own co tainer by the original movers. $3,000 PC lost. I would highly suggest finding another moving company, or just finding out how to do it yourself. Moving from California to Louisiana was already stressful enough. Sleeping on an air mattress, buying items I've already had previously to cook and eat with was annoying and aggravating. The original "Estimate" was hiked up another $1400 on top of all this. I'd rather have just bought all new things if I knew I was going to get a shady, incompetant company to trust with my stuff. To add insult to injury, I have emailed Claudia, the dispatcher, and have called with no follow-up whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money. This has been a disaster from the start.
