I gave up hope because my sofa was too big to fit through the apartment door. After carefully disassembling everything, the movers brought it inside and reassembled it without a hitch. How incredibly selfless!

The people that came to move our things dragged our bare mattresses on the floor, and only wrapped up the mattresses after we mentioned something to them. They dragged our other furniture along the floor too. We obviously have a lot of damage, but they also didn't even put anything together correctly. I had to go around fixing the furniture after they left. Moreover, one of the furniture items i can't put together because they didn't bring all the pieces from the truck. I called the company to inform them, and they couldn't be more apathetic. It's been two weeks and we still haven't heard back from them. Absolute joke.

any truck that has such an inappropriate sign on the back of its trucks for all to see, not only shouldn't be supported but for the kids we are trying to raise and even for own selves cannot be supported!
