The people that came to move our things dragged our bare mattresses on the floor, and only wrapped up the mattresses after we mentioned something to them. They dragged our other furniture along the floor too. We obviously have a lot of damage, but they also didn't even put anything together correctly. I had to go around fixing the furniture after they left. Moreover, one of the furniture items i can't put together because they didn't bring all the pieces from the truck. I called the company to inform them, and they couldn't be more apathetic. It's been two weeks and we still haven't heard back from them. Absolute joke.

any truck that has such an inappropriate sign on the back of its trucks for all to see, not only shouldn't be supported but for the kids we are trying to raise and even for own selves cannot be supported!

Similar to what someone else mentioned on here, they left a few things out of my list and said they had absolutely no room left in their huge truck. Mind you I had no furniture apart from a mattress, desk, and ottoman. But they refused to take another ottoman, coffee table, and a few more boxes. I essentially had to convince them into taking my rug which was on the list. I chose them because they were the cheapest option but you’re getting what you’re paying for. They show up too early and left 2 hours early even though I needed more help. They made my move more difficult, I’m still moving stuff hours later.
