I was told one price. The price changed THEN I had to wait an extra 3 months to get my items. After calling consistently, I was told my items were going to be dropped off WITHOUT having to pay the drop off fee. That was a lie. AFTER paying the drop off fee I was told I'd get a refund for it. My number got blocked after I reached out to provide them the info. STAY AWAY!

Bunch of broken and missing items on arrival. Was told I'd get a refund for those. It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent the refund.My price doubled from my quote. I ultimately had to leave stuff behind and throw a ton of things away. I gave exact dimensions for everything I was packing PLUS 10 additional big boxes just in case (which I didn't need). Didn't matter. Driver showed up, loaded all my stuff, and then AFTER he had everything I own loaded, said it took up more space than he thought so I owe him more (which is illegal btw). He made me unload furniture from his truck myself to try to reduce the price to closer to what I was quoted. It was all super shady and I was threatened multiple times ("Well I have all your stuff now, so you can either pay me what I'm telling you orrrr...")I called Kristie at customer service and she said "well that sucks. You should just pay him. Nothing I can do"Customer service is awful and un-responsive. Kristie seems nice but she'll gouge you, lead you on, and then leave you out in the cold. Good luck.2/10 experience. Most of my stuff did actually show up and wasn't stolen, so that's a win. But it was for twice as much cost, headache, twice as much stuff broken, twice as long, everything... This experience was awful. Both on pickup and delivery.Scummy company

I chose this company because their initial quote seemed affordable, but what a mistake that was. By the end of the move, I was hit with all kinds of hidden charges. They charged extra for stairs, tape, and even for using blankets to protect furniture, which I thought was standard. None of these fees were mentioned during the initial quote, and my final bill was nearly double. They knew I had no choice but to pay, and the whole thing felt like a scam.
