They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.

They overcharged me for packing supplies I didn’t ask for. On top of that, they packed my fragile items so poorly that most of them didn’t survive the trip.

I contacted Mayzlin for an estimate, and at first, they seemed professional and transparent. However, when I didn't get back to the sales rep, Nicholas, immediately (I told them I would need a few days), they became pushy and rude. In trusting a company with all my valuables and possessions, professionalism is a bare minimum for me. Perhaps they really do provide quality moving service, but my experience with the rep was enough to make me wary.Edit to add: I see a few other negative reviews specifically mentioning Nicholas with regards to communication and transparency. This seems to be a recurring problem with this company.
