We paid a $3051 deposit on June 26, 2024 - we canceled within the cancellation window and Sierra confirmed they would mail a full refund within 30 days. We did not use their services for the move and it’s now April 2025 and we still don’t have the refund. We have made dozens and dozens of calls and I have exchanged hundreds of texts with Joseph Menard the owner. He has said many times he will pay but has not refunded us in full. He’s always got an excuse for why, but it’s almost been a year and we have not gotten our refund.

I am just not happy with everything about this company, very misleading, quoted us a price and it tripled in prize on the day of move in, i reached out to agent who helped and even accepted the deposit, no words or response back to my message or calls, Now i don’t even have any number to get a hold of movers, extremely worried and i am just frustrated at this point

We had to move out of our apartment after 6 years, and dreaded it. But the movers were efficient, careful with our stuff, and got wrapped up in time. Brilliant work!
